Rental Villa in Moraira with Private Swimming Pool Balcony and Sea Views La Fuente is located beside a tranquil valley with wonderful sea views. It is contructed as authentic Spanish villa with independant, individual apartment, both having been specified to a luxury standard. The accommodation is light and spacious, with large, mature landscaped gardens and private Pool. The is a terrace area with loungers by the Pool and a separate area for dining al fresco with a built-in barbeque. Parking is ok for upto three cars onsite and further parking on the road if required.
The private villa is only a short drive from the delightful El Portet beach and the pretty town of Moraira, which has managed to bypass the overbuilt development of some of the other towns on the Costa Blanca. There are many fascinating places to see in the region, brilliant mountain scenery as well as many good, reasonable restaurants where you can sample a meal with wine for approx 9 euros per head.
Moraira apparently has the greatest restaurant in Spain. All in all, whatever you like, has a busy port area and direct ferries across to the Balearics. ..... Gandia and Oliva, further up from Denia, boast long stretches of golden white sand and are often good for windsurfing. Other nearby towns include Gata de Gorges (famous for its cane and furniture), Teulada and Benissa (typical working Spanish towns) and Altea, which has a lovely old part and church. Benidorm, with its long stretches of sandy beach, is more lively and close by are the attractions of Terra Mitica (a theme park), Aqualandia (water park) and Mundomar (Sea life attraction).
Going inland is an absolute must if you like beautiful mountain scenery. Drive through the Jalon valley and to the lovely waterfalls at el Algar and then onto Guadalest, an impressive rock formation with stunning views. The cities of Valencia and Alicante are also well worth a visit, with their old buildings, museums, galleries and excellent night life. Moraira / Cumbre del Sol Area: Cumbre del Sol is set on the most elevated points of Benitatxell – strategically located in the heart of Marina Alta– from where beautiful panoramic views can be contemplated. It has Beaches and coves, green areas and parks, sports and leisure activities, first-class infrastructures, shopping centre, banks, a chemist shop, a health centre, all a few minutes drive from the apartment. The nearby Morach beach and the Los Arcos cave are famous for practicing diving. There are crystal clear waters and spectacularly beautiful settings. By the beach you ll find parking and 2 drinks and snacks stalls, along with hammocks, sun umbrellas, etc. The beautiful town Moraira is just ten minutes drive away. Formerly a small fishing village (some of the old parts still remain) which has developed into a charming small town retaining a village atmosphere. How to get there: Alicante is the nearest airport to La Fuente and is an hour's drive away. Valencia airport is about an hour and a quarter's drive from the villa. Cheap flights are available to Alicante from easyJet, FlyBe, bmibaby and Thompson Fly. Guest Book: Had a brilliant holiday. Villa is great. Pool is lovely - we couldn't keep our daughter out. This is third time visiting Moraira and best yet. Would certainly come again. We all has a wonderful time. Good quiet place for a family holiday. The nearby town is good for teenage children night life. We will be back one day! We all had a great time. The weather was good, the beach was lovely. Food and service was brilliant. Pool and villa spot on. Moraira location: Moraira is an attractive Spanish town, with a lovely sea front and promenade, a very good choice of shops and restaurants catering for all tastes and pockets. There is a wonderful marina area and several good beaches - El Portet and the main beach in the town. There is a market day on Friday, which is well worth a visit, and plenty of other markets in nearby towns. The main time for festivals is in July, when the famous Moors and Christians festival takes place and is celebrated across many towns in the area. Local activities include golf, sailing and watersports, hiking and go-karting. Family Reunion Planning Basics
You have found the best of homes modular and have moved in it to live a peaceful life. Even though your home modular is a cozy place where you can relax after your busy day, sometimes you might feel that you lack something. It is your extended family that you miss.
Your busy routine doesn't give you enough time to stay in touch with your extended family members. If you feel that it has been a long time since you last saw Uncle Harry, Aunt Megan and that naughty bunch of children who always trouble everyone, a family reunion is what you need to plan.
The first part of planning begins with communicating your relatives. You need to make a contact list of the relatives who you want to invite. Next, you have to look for their contact information; their email ids, phone numbers or addresses.
A good idea is to use social networking sites and let the relatives know that you are planning such a reunion. Spread the word, and make amendments on your guest list if there are people who cannot attend the event, for any reason.
Take everybody's opinion when deciding the date of the event. Make sure that it is acceptable to the maximum number of people so that everyone gets a chance to attend it. Summer vacation will be ideal to arrange this event.
The next important step is to decide the budget. The main expenses are incurred in traveling, lodging and food. When you are deciding the location, keep in mind that it is affordable and reachable for most of the members of your family. A location that is near your town will have lesser travel costs compared to a farther place.
As for lodging, camps and cabins are a great idea. Most of the family members will not be spending much on lodging because they also have to keep the travel expenses in their minds. A better option is to choose all-inclusive vacation packages, like that on a cruise ship. This will include lodging, food as well as entertainment for the whole family.
Capturing the memories is the next thing you need to focus on. Choose a photographer to take group shots of the family. When you are hiring a photographer, make sure you choose someone who is willing to work on flat and reasonable rates. You have already spent so much on lodging and travel, therefore you cannot afford to have an expensive photographer.
A good idea is to have the shots saved on a CD or a DVD. Not all the family members would be able to pay for the hard copies. Make sure you provide the digital copies of the shots to each family. Moreover, this idea will also help them take out prints of the ones they like.
Family reunions turn out to be fun if planned well. Make sure you include some entertainment in the reunion also. Form a reunion committee with a few relatives and plan games, skits, sport contests and talent shows. You can organize the whole event with the help of these people, and ensure that people do not get bored during the event.
